Advanced Del Rio Fence provides fence installation, repair, replacement, and related services for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties in Del Rio, TX and the surrounding region. Services available include but are not limited to wood fence installation, vinyl fence installation, chain link fence installation, aluminum fence installation, ornamental iron fence installation, privacy fencing, farm and ranch fencing, pool fencing, automatic gate installation, security fencing, fence repair, fence replacement, and fence staining and sealing.
All services are performed by licensed and insured personnel. Availability of specific services may vary by location and project scope. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
We provide free on-site estimates for fence projects. An estimate is not a binding contract or guarantee of final price. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal or work order signed by both parties. Estimates are based on information available at the time of the site visit. Changes in scope, materials, site conditions, or project requirements may affect the final price.
Advanced Del Rio Fence is not responsible for cost differences arising from conditions not visible or disclosed at the time of the estimate, including buried obstructions, soil conditions, existing utility conflicts, or permit requirements discovered during construction.
Project start dates are scheduled in good faith based on our workload at the time of agreement. Scheduling is subject to change due to weather, material availability, permitting delays, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as practicable of any delay.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has commenced may be subject to costs incurred up to the point of cancellation, including restocking fees, material costs, and labor for work already performed.
Payment terms are specified in the written proposal for each project. A deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of the estimate or project agreement.
Accounts not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees. Advanced Del Rio Fence reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through all available legal remedies.

Advanced Del Rio Fence is not liable for costs, delays, or damage arising from inaccurate property information, unlocated utilities, or unclear property lines provided by the customer.
Advanced Del Rio Fence warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards for fence installation in Texas. Specific warranty terms, including duration and coverage, are stated in the written project proposal.
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from improper use, accidents, acts of nature (including but not limited to windstorms, flooding, hail, or ice), vehicle impact, vandalism, or modifications made to the fence by anyone other thanAdvanced Del Rio Fence personnel.
Material warranties, if applicable, are subject to the terms provided by the respective manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Advanced Del Rio Fence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or the performance of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific project.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the appropriate courts of Val Verde County, Texas.
